The yacht calls at the Voodoo Island. You pack your things and leave the boat. You find a pension to stay and it is only the day after that you are told that there the domestic flights between the islands and the main land are on strike and so, the next plane is due to leave in two or three weeks' time.

Your yacht with the crew is already gone. You have no other chances but to make the most of your stay in this little island.

A black native woman approaches you in the only shop in town and invites you to take part in an evening meeting with the locals.

What would you like to do?

You say as politely as you can that you'd rather be on your own. You're not interested in getting to know more people during this holiday; you have had enough so far.
You're surprised at the invitation and somehow frightened but at the same time you feel there's an irresistible appeal about her proposal. You would like to give it a chance.
You don't answer her and look away while pretending you didn't hear her words.
