Aims:
- To identify the data , conditions and the objective of the problem ;
- To remember the fundamental identity of the division ;
- To identify the meaning of division ;
- To identify the meaning of numbers ;
- To solve everyday problems ;
- To express results , ideas and mathematical processes , both orally and in writing, using notation , symbols and vocabulary ;
- To discuss results , processes and mathematical ideas ;
- To formulate and test conjectures and generalizations and justify them by making informal inferences .

Materials:
- Worksheet;
- Pencil and rubber;
- Calculator;
- Transparencies;
- Acetate pens
- Overhead Projector .

Introduction:

- Explanation of the work to be done in the classroom;
- Split the pupils into groups of 4;
- Distribution of the material (worksheet, calculators, pens and acetate pens);
- Silent Reading of the task carried out by the groups;
- Discussion of any doubts that may have arisen after the reading of the task.

Main part:
- Exploration of the task undertaken by the pupils;
- Each group presents an acetate with what they propose as a resolution to the task;
- Discussion of the task in the large group;
- Systematization of content.

Roundup:
Pupils should solve the task autonomously but always under the supervision of the teacher. Thus, students will be the builders of their own learning since they are responsible for the acquisition of knowledge.
