Aims:
To place numbers on a number line.

Materials:
A blackboard and chalk.

Introduction:
Draw a number line on the blackboard and mark the numbers 0 and 5.

Main part:
The pupils have to place the 1, 2 and 3 on the line. Then the pupils have to continue the number line up to ten. The pupils come to the blackboard and write the number that the teacher or other pupils call out.
