Introduction:
The children were divided into groups with a maximum of 5 children in each. In each group, each child picked a certain number of cones 1, 2 or 3 pieces.

              Main part:
Then it was just a matter of counting the cones to see how many there were. When everyone in the group had collected their cones they could, for example, find 2 cones, in the hands of 5 children, together made 10. The next step was to divide the 10 cones among to each child so they had the number of cones that they started with.

      Round up:
Together we talked about how multiplication and divisions belong together and that the children often use this knowledge, without knowing so, when they play every day.
