Aims:
To understand how different numbers can be divided.

Materials:
This can be done as an outdoor-activity. Cones, sticks or other things you can find in the yard or in the forest can be used. You also need a bucket.

Introduction:
A way to understand how, and in how many ways, a certain number (0-10) can be divided in two.

Main part:
Choose a number. Pick the right amount of cones, for example. Throw the cones towards the bucket and try to put them inside the bucket. Count how many cones you got into the bucket and how many that fell outside. Try again and again. Write down your results.
