Learning the basics
of Netscape browser
Below is a table explaining
the main functions of Netscape Communicator browser:

The Back button takes
you back to a page you have previously seen. |

The Forward button
takes you forward to a page you have previously seen. |
|
The Reload button
loads recent information of a previously visited page. |
|
The Home button takes
you to the home page or first page. |

The Search button
displays a page offering access to internet search engines which
will help you to find information. |

The Print button
prints the content area of the currently displayed page. |
|
The Stop button stops
any ongoing transfer of information. |
Use
this button to keep a link of your favourite sites. It displays a pop-up
menu containing bookmark links (you have previously marked when you
where surfing).
On the toolbar you will also
see a button called Netsite or location in other browsers. This
is where you have to type the URL (address) of the WWW site you are looking
for.
