	The Chemical Elements

You can use this activity to introduce your students into the world of the chemical elements or, simply, to check their knowledge. Your students are asked to find the information on a website and then do the two tasks on a worksheet: matching some elements and their symbols and completing a chart about some elements with the right information. The activity also offers an on-line activity which can be helpful to remember some elements and their symbols. Using a printable worksheet for students to write their answers on is recommendable since it will allow them to keep a record of the tasks they do in the classroom that they can review later.
