Barcelona was the chosen city for the Olympic Games in 1992.
Before the Olympic Games of Barcelona, this city was not open to the sea. Opening it to the seafront and arranging the past to make the many beaches we enjoy now was a milestone for the city.
For the games the city grew a lot. New buildings, new places to enjoy this fantastic event were built for the occasion.
The city became a tourist attraction and tourism became the 3rd economic activity and Barcelona became a cosmopolitan city.
You can visit many places of this fantastic Olympic Games of 1992.
