This is a fun game for a group of 5 - 15 kids. One person is chosen the witch. He or she walks hunched over as everyone else walks behind. They chant in unison:

The person who is the witch can stop at any time and ask in a spooky voice, "Are you there, my children?" The group of kids can then either say YES or NO. If they say NO then the witch continues on and the group continues chanting. But if the group says YES, then the witch must turn making spooky sounds and everyone scatters. He or she then runs to tag someone who then becomes the next witch. The game begins again.
