A black leotard and tights to be worn plus, 2 pairs of black pantyhose stuffed with fiber stuffing or paper to give the legs body. Sew a pair of stuffed panty hose to each side of the leotard and attach the panty hose with about 1-foot of black twine between the legs of the stuffed pantyhose to hold them together. Now attach the panty hose to the arms of the leotard with another foot of twine. The effect is that you have 3 arms on each side of you. Arrange the string so the legs are about 12" apart. You could also fashion a black hat or wear a set of plastic bug feelers that can be bought at a Halloween supplies store.
