1. How many brands is this boy advertising?

2. If you can, have a look at this version
of the US flag. How many logos can you recognise?
3. Make a list of brand names that you can see around you in your classroom
and school.
4. Prepare a class survey to find out What are our favourite
brands?
In groups, prepare some questions. For example:
1. What is your favourite fast food brand?
2. What brand of trainers do you wear?
3.
etc.
Prepare about 8 - 10 questions.
When you are ready, form groups with other classmates and ask them your
questions. Make a note of their answers.
When you have interviewed about 5 to 10 classmates, return to your
original group and compare your results. Make a note of these results
and prepare to write a report. You should write the report individually,
but you can discuss it with your classmates.

When you have written your report, exchange it with other members of
your group. Read your classmates reports. If you want to make
any changes to your own report, you should make them now.
