Group 1 Irish anthropologists
Group 2 Irish geographers
Group 3 Irish historians
Group 4 Irish economists

Group 1: ANTHROPOLOGISTS
Your search:
1. Irish symbols (flag, Claddagh Ring, shamrock, Celtic cross and leprechauns).
2. Festivities (St. Patrick: legend, date and celebration).
3. Folk music, Irish dance and and instruments (fiddle, harp, pipes, accordion and flute).
4. Recent music groups (The Cranberries, U2, The Corrs and Enya).
Though you will have to work together,
distribute these roles among the members of your group:
- searcher (to find useful information and images),
- translator (to cope with direct and indirect translations to understand and make yourselves understood),
- journalist (to synthesize the important information) and
- designer (to design the Power Point presentation).
These are the steps to follow:
1. Find information and select useful images.
2. Create a mind-map with the information you want to share with your classmates.
