You are a technician working in the town of Saint Kugart. Your boss, Mr Punch, from the Department of Projects at the Town Hall, has asked you to assess the accessibility of a ramp and a staircase at the entrance of the swimming pool facilities. You are acting upon the complaint reported by Ms Wood, who has fallen from the ramp and broken her left shoulder.

You have to assess the area, check your results with the last accessibility law published by the government, produce a new picture of the area and, as an extra activity, write a report to your boss where you outline your conclusions.
